Vivek Ragavan has developed a solid track record launching technology startups and guiding them to positive outcomes.
As president and CEO, Ragavan, was instrumental in the growth of telecommunications startup, Siara Systems, and its highly successful sale to Redback Networks, for $4.3 billion in 1999. Subsequent to the acquisition of Siara Systems, Ragavan became CEO of Redback. Under Ragavan’s leadership, Redback was named by Forbes magazine as one of the top 20 best managed, fastest-growing technology companies in the world.
Ragavan was also CEO at several other networking and software companies, including Atrica, which was purchased by Nokia Siemens Networks in 2008. Earlier in his career, Ragavan held senior management positions at ADC, General Instrument, and Comsat. Ragavan holds a BSEE from Northwestern University and an MSEE from Cornell University.

Sig Luft, a serial entrepreneur, has been at the forefront of technical innovation for over twenty five years.
Prior to co-founding Siaras, Luft was a consultant to some of the largest wireless backhaul and data center operators in the world. Before that, Luft was founder and CTO at Zeugma Systems, which was subsequently purchased by Tellabs.
Luft was part of the founding team at Fiberlane spinoff, Siara Systems, which was purchased by Redback Networks, for $4.3 billion in 1999. Luft started his career at MPR Teltech focusing on communications and network management. Luft pursued his BS and MS in computer science at the University of Victoria.
Vice President, Engineering
Moira Dang has over two decades of successful experience in strategic, operational and product development leadership.
As COO and GM of Electronic Arts Canada, Moira was responsible for the production and delivery of some of EA SPORTS’s top selling franchises. She was instrumental in EA Canada’s transition from console only to include support for online, micro-transaction type products.
In her prior role as GM of Redback Networks Canada, Moira oversaw all aspects of operations, development and product delivery. She also held key leadership positions at Infonet Software Solutions, Zynga and Wyley Interactive where she was also a co-founder..
Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development
Lars Cavi has over twenty years of executive management experience in the global telecoms industry having lived and worked in Scandinavia, UK, Germany, Hong Kong and the USA.
Lars has a proven track record building and motivating winning teams in a fast-paced environment and taking companies from proof of concept to large scale businesses.
Mr. Cavi served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales at SixthSenseMedia (now Evolving Systems) and Vice President and Managing Director for EMEA with Zeugma Systems (now Tellabs), Procera Networks and Turin Networks (now Dell) and has previously held senior sales, business development, PLM and project management positions at Flexion (now Avaya), Advanced Fibre Communications (now Tellabs), New World Telephone - Hong Kong, Marconi (i.e. now Ericsson) and Siemens AG in Germany.

Hatch Graham, a founding managing director of ATA Ventures, is an active member of ATA's New Investment team, and also continues to serve on the boards of several leading edge companies.
He serves on the board of directors at Actelis Networks, Givit, Jobvite, Jolata, Milyoni, SalesPortal, Sikka Software, and YottaMark. Past companies have ranged from semiconductor companies in the early years of ATA, including SpansLogic (acquired by Cisco), TeleCIS (acquired by QualComm), RipCode (acquired by RGB Networks), Synfora (acquired by Synopsis) and TelASIC (acquired by MTI), to the current focus of Internet and mobile based information platforms, including FastScale (acquired by EMC) and MedaGate (acquired by InComm).
Graham began his career as a product designer and scientist, developing award winning technologies in global positioning, cable broadband, internet, and wireless communications, including breakthrough advancements used today in our daily lives, around the globe.

Mike Hodges has built a successful career as a founding or “turn-around” CEO, leading and coaching teams to success.
Hodges is a managing director of ATA Ventures and an active member of ATA’s New Investment team. He serves on the board of directors at Billeo, Clustrix, Fredio, Modern Video, TrilibisMobile, uCirrus, Shocking, and Zoosk.
Hodges brings many decades of experience as an engineer, manager, CEO, and board member across a multi-discipline experience set, including computer hardware, software, optics, and instrumentation. Hodges migrated into general management roles initially in a public company, Spectra-Physics, followed by a dozen start-ups over 25 years where he served as CEO or CEO coach.
